Breeds of Companion Animals: Cats
Students will be working on the iCEV Small Animal Management modules, the lesson plans described below are for the Breeds of Companion Animals: Cats module.
Goal:
To give students insight into the diversity of cat breeds by detailing several popular breeds and characteristics related to appearance and behavior.
Description:
This presentation includes detailed information about popular cat breeds and various characteristics related to each breed.
Objectives:
1. To examine the popular species of companion cats.
2. To identify the characteristics of common companion breeds.
3. To understand which breeds are appropriate for different settings and uses.
